Optimization of extraction parameters of cationic dye using emulsified liquid membrane process. Application of Box-Behnken design

چکیده

Cationic dye (Methylene blue) was extract from waste water by using emulsified liquid membrane process. The composed of two phases: organic and aqueous. D2EHPA, SPAN 80 acid are the composition aqueous phase, however fuel oil represent phase. effect different parameters such as initial concentration cationic (MB), addition salt (KCl/ NaCl/ Na2SO4), (HCl/ H2SO4/H3PO4) extractant (10, 30 50 ppm) examined Box-Behnken design. 
 optimization extraction has been showed that efficiency reach100% for following optimum operating conditions: ppm [BM]0, 10%w extracting (D2EHPA) with presence Na2SO4 H2SO4. It can be said ELM method is efficient removal methylene bleu.
